CONDITIONS AND OBLIGATIONS
Application for a tour is made via an application form that is available on the website samotour.com in the section “Tours / To Order a Tour”.
1.2 Within 24 hours (of a working day, excluding weekends and holidays) the expert contacts the tourist to clarify the request conditions if necessary.
1.3 Requests for travelling to Europe are being processed within 3 working days, starting from the date of filling in the application, and as the result SAMOTUR team e-mails a free version with 2-3 variants of the trip calculation with dates, countries/ cities, the budget per person (see example) according to your request.
1.4 Requests for travelling to America, Africa, Asia, Australia, Oceania are being processed within 5 working days, starting from the date of filling in the application, and as the result SAMOTUR team e-mails a free version with 2-3 variants of the trip calculation with dates, countries/ cities, the budget per person (see example) according to your request.
1.5 If you are satisfied with the offered options of free calculations (prices can be valid for a few days), please contact our manager to order the tour.
1.6 After the prepayment within 1-3 working days (depending on the complexity of the route) SAMOTUR team sends you a developed travel itinerary with detailed logistics and timing of a trip with the indication of hotels and total travel estimate (see example). You have the right to change the route no more than 2 times (roughly). A complete change in basic conditions and criteria of the trip is excluded (for example, the direction of a country situated in one part of the world to another one).
1.7 SAMOTUR team does not accept requests for hot tours, group coach tours, «all inclusive» tours to Turkey, Egypt etc., and other types of full service packages from a tour operator.
2. RULES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
2.1 The initial consultation in the form of calculation of 2-3 options of the trip is free of charge. 2.2 Please, pay attention that prices listed in the initial calculation are valid for several days and are approximate as they will depend on the exact cost of the hotel and airfare / tickets or other ways of transport.
2.3 Prepayment and payment for services of SAMOTUR.
2.3.1 If you select a service package “MINI”. After paying 11 euros per service (regardless of the number of people) in hryvnia at the current commercial rate on the payment date you get a developed itinerary in the form of the plan with detailed logistics and timing of a trip with the indication of hotels and the total estimate of the trip (see example). You also get online support during your trip.
2.3.2 If you select a service package “STANDARD”. After 50% prepayment of services per person in the amount of 11 euros per person in hryvnia at the current commercial rate on the payment date SAMOTUR team fulfills booking and prepayment (see paragraph 2.4.) of all necessary options – flights, hotels / hostels, etc. as well as providing assistance and consultation in obtaining a visa. A detailed itinerary, which includes rendering logistics and timing of the route, confirmation of the reservation of all the options offered to tourists take place after the payment of the second half of the sum of 11 euros per person in hryvnia at the current commercial rate on the payment date.
2.3.3 If you select a service package “MAXI”. After a 50% prepayment of services per person in the amount of 16.5 euros per person in hryvnia at the current commercial rate on the payment date SAMOTUR team carries out booking and payment (see paragraph 2.4.) of all necessary options – flights, hotels / hostels, etc. as well as providing assistance and consulting in obtaining a visa. Detailed itinerary, which includes: a calculation of logistics and timing of the route; confirmation of reservation of all options; extensive cultural program for each day; recommendations and tips for each city – is given to a tourist after the payment of the second half of the sum in the amount of 16.5 euros per person in hryvnia at the current commercial rate on the payment date.
2.4 Payment for the reservation of air tickets, hotels, and of other options can be done by one of the following options:
2.4.1 By our bank card. In this case you recharge a card to the desired amount + 1%. It is possible only 100% payment at once.
2.4.2 Using your credit card. On your card there should be a required amount of money to pay, sufficient funds limit should be set. You inform us the necessary card data and we shall pay by ourselves (it is possible with or without your presence). There is a possibility of a partial prepayment, if it is envisaged by the hotel order/ airline/ etc.
2.5 We want to draw your attention that the cost of services is not included in the tour price.
3. REFUNDS
3.1 The cost of prepayment and / or full payment for SAMOTUR services for any reasons beyond the control of SAMOTUR team is non-refundable!
3.2 The cost of the payment of any of the options of reservation (hotel / flight / consular and visa fees, etc.) in case of cancellation of the trip with any reasons is fully refundable/ partially refundable/ non-refundable. That will depend on the internal regulations of each of the companies (airlines / hotels, etc.), which SAMOTUR team has no influence on.
4. ONLINE SUPPORT
4.1 SAMOTUR team is ready to help its travelers directly during the trip. You can contact us using one of the ways (phone, mail, social network) specified in the itinerary for a question or assistance if there is a necessity. From our side, we will do everything we can to help you in solving the issues.
4.2 Query processing time: weekdays, 10:00 – 19:00. On the weekends and after working hours we cannot guarantee an urgent online support, but do not exclude the possibility of its performance.
